At Evolve Genix, we aim to deliver your order safely and as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders placed on our website.

We currently deliver nationwide within South Africa.

If you are located in an outlying or remote area, delivery may take longer than the standard delivery timeframe.

2. Order Processing

All orders are subject to payment confirmation and product availability.

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been received and cleared. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods, promotional campaigns, stock delays, or unforeseen operational circumstances. Similar South African health-product stores commonly state that dispatch and delivery times are estimates and may vary by area, stock availability, and courier performance.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

  • Major metropolitan areas: 2 to 4 business days
  • Regional areas: 3 to 5 business days
  • Remote or outlying areas: 5 to 7 business days

These delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Many South African online supplement and wellness stores use delivery ranges around 3–5 business days, with longer timeframes for regional or outlying areas.

4. Shipping Fees

From time to time, Evolve Genix may offer:

6. Delivery Delays

Although we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • supplier delays;
  • incorrect delivery information provided by the customer; or
  • events of force majeure.

7. Delivery Address and Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact details provided at checkout are complete and accurate.

If a delivery fails because:

  • the parcel is refused without valid reason; or
  • the courier is unable to access the premises,

we may charge an additional delivery fee for re-delivery.

8. Risk and Ownership

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout or upon collection, where applicable.

Ownership of the goods will remain with Evolve Genix until full payment has been received.

9. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If a product you ordered becomes unavailable after payment has been received, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and may offer you:

11. Incorrect Customer Information

Evolve Genix will not be responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, including but not limited to:

  • incorrect phone number; or
  • failure to collect or accept delivery.

Any additional courier or re-delivery charges arising from such errors may be for the customer’s account.
